Caffeine Anhydrous: Caffeine Without Water

By Red Supplements on December 13, 2017

Caffeine Anhydrous

What is Caffeine anhydrous?

Simply speaking, Caffeine anhydrous is just caffeine without water. It is a dehydrated form of caffeine that is used to better combine caffeine with other ingredients in various pills and supplements.

The important thing to realize is that caffeine anhydrous and caffeine are the same exact thing. The only difference is that Caffeine anhydrous is made available in a powdered form for more precise measurements instead of the varying levels of caffeine found in coffee for instance.

What does Caffeine anhydrous do?

Caffeine is basically a miracle drug for human beings.

Once caffeine gets absorbed into your body, it quickly makes it way to your brain, where the magic happens.

The nerve receptors that caffeine interacts with are called adenosine receptors.

Adenosine receptors in your brain are what help your body get tired throughout the day.

The longer that you are awake, the more adenosine your brain will produce, which will bind to the adenosine receptors in your brain—making you feel more tired.

When you consume caffeine however, the caffeine molecules bind to the adenosine receptors in your brain, blocking adenosine from binding to them.

Instead of promoting fatigue like adenosine, caffeine actually speeds up the nerve cells that it binds itself to.

This ‘speeding up’ of the nerve cells in your brain leads to increased neuron firing throughout your brain—which signals your pituitary gland to produce adrenaline and all the benefits that come along with that.

With the lack of adenosine binding happening in your brain because of caffeine, your dopamine system is able to work more effectively making you feel happier.

Why should you take caffeine anhydrous?

  • Promotes wakefulness and alertness
  • Boosts energy
  • Increases physical and mental performance

How should you take Caffeine Anhydrous?

Caffeine anhydrous comes in either a power or pill form. Many people report feeling the effects of caffeine by only taking 100 mg of it per day.

The amount of caffeine necessary to feel the effects of caffeine will vary from person to person. Typically 100 mg – 500 mg of caffeine per day is sufficient for anyone to feel the effects.

(Caffeine anhydrous is one of the main ingredients in RED BURNER, our premium fat burning supplement.)

Side effects of Caffeine Anhydrous?

Caffeine is a generally safe substance to take in human beings. There are no reported cases of overdoing on caffeine. However, one can become dependent on caffeine and a tolerance to caffeine’s effects can build if too much is taken for too long.

This is why it is important to cycle your caffeine, to prevent building up a tolerance to caffeine and refresh neurons that have been affected by caffeine.

Negative side effects include: increased heart rate, jitters, headaches, brain fog, sweating, nausea.
