We definitely recommend cutting first before starting a bulk.
By dropping your BF % down first you effectively “prime” your body for maximum muscle growth.
If you were to follow this then you would do a cycle of Red Burner first, while cutting calories and throwing in cardio into your lifting schedule.
Then after you have trimmed down your BF a bit, (less than 15%), you can begin your bulk and see more effective gains while upping your calories and taking Red Growth.
