    1: you should to rise early in the morning
    2: take slight food
    3: then exercise
    4: then take your breakfast banana, bowl egg ,juice
    5: then do your everyday work
    6: take lunch
    7: evening build your body
    8: take evening light food
    9: then diner
    10: then go to bed and sleep.
