    Hello,

    I placed a new order on October 11. An e-mail was sent to me on Oct. 12 saying order has shipped. The tracking number is not showing it has even shipped and this is 2 days later. Here is the tracking number. Can you please give me an update. I have sent a couple of e-mails.

    Sometimes the mail carrier service takes a couple business days to update.

    I suggest emailing @redsupplements.com">shipping@redsupplements.com (our shipping department) with this concern and I'm sure they will be able to shed more light on the situation for you.

    I didn't get it? Did you Cc me? If you don't get a response from the shipping department in the next couple days let me know and I'll email them myself.
