    I'm about to start my first cycle of Red Growth this week. Right now I'm about 189 lbs at 15% BF. I do want to build muscle and get down to about 10% BF at the same time if possible. I'm planning on doing a 4 week cycle followed by 4 weeks of PCT. What kind of workout style (reps/frequency) to get maximum gains while on Red Growth? I currently work out about 5-6 days a week with 2-3 heavy foundational workouts mixed in with lighter bands and cables days for anabolic “triggering sessions” in between heavy foundation days. This style basically focuses on frequency, with doing a little bit of each muscle group every day, as opposed to the traditionally accepted Monday chest day, Tuesday Leg day, etcetera. I have been getting more noticeable gains with this style of anabolic triggering while taking no performance enhancers. Since I've never taken an anabolic supplement before, I'm wondering if I should go back to doing the old one or two muscle groups a day, keep my current routine, or Chris's old GLL “get ripped” workout (25 mins of high reps followed by 35-45 mins of cardio) during my Red Growth cycle? What would you guys say works the best? I'm curious to hear other people's recommendations and experience.

    Thanks in advance

    How did it go? It seems no one answers here.

    At 189 lbs and 15% BF it will be very difficult to see noticeable increases in muscle while also dropping BF% down to 10%. Since this is your first time using any anabolic support, I would not be surprised if you did end up losing some BF% while also building muscle, but it probably won't be that drastic.

    Regarding What kind of workout style (reps/frequency) to get maximum gains while on Red Growth, what you laid out sounds like a pretty good place to start. If you're looking for maximum muscle gains then you want to go with primarily a hypertrophy specific training program. High volume training where you are hitting each body part hard 2/3 times per week is ideal.

    Seeing as you are mixing together 2-3 heavy training days with 2-3 lighter training days you're certainly getting enough volume in to trigger anabolic growth in all of your muscles. What does/did your diet look like at this time? In order to fully reap the benefits of Red Growth and an intensive training routine, your diet needs to follow the same path.

    However, you tell me, How did you feel doing your routine on Red Growth and what were the results of it thus far?

    Does High volume bodyweight training pairs up with the use of an anabolic compound as Red Growth;

    Yes. It's just going to help you gain strength & get leaner faster instead of promoting hypertrophic muscle growth.
