Couple questions in regards to RED-PCT. 1. I'm currently on TRT I receive 2ML intramuscularly every two weeks. Is it ok to run RED-PCT with it as per directions and recommendations by Red Supplements? 2. Would I get the same results if I end the TRT and just use RED-PCT? Thank you for your time.
I'd need to know what your dose is before I answer your question. How many mg per week do you take? “2ml” could mean anything as I don't know what dosage per ml the product is.
I will write what is directly on the script. Inject 2ML intramuscular every 2 weeks. 8.00 MI Testost CYP INJ 200MG
Ok first off, your doc is a moron for having you inject 2 ml every 2 weeks. That will lead to extremely unstable blood levels, shoving 400mg in your system at once, once every two weeks, not to mention cause a sharp spike in estrogen.
I would advise you split that 1 2ml shot into 4 0.5ml shots instead. 2 0.5ml shots per week, one on Monday, and one on Thursday.
Secondly, no RED-PCT cannot replace your TRT, however, you can use it as an aromatase inhibitor to keep your estrogen under control while on your TRT. Are you currently prescribed arimidex or aromasin or anything to control estrogen aromatization? Hopefully your doctor didn't mess that up too.
Yes I'm realizing he is as well this is not his specialty and no I don't have the run long meds arimidex/aromasin or anything to control estrogen. I suggested the run along meds the last visit I had and he didn't want to write a script for them so he sent me up a appointment with a doctor in endocrimology at the university hospital on the 24th of this month to see why my t levels are still low and to see about the run along meds. This explains why I still feel like shit! I will talk to this doctor about splitting up the dose like you suggested when I go see him hopefully he isn't a moron too. I also have a script of Cilias (Tadalafi) by him as well I was taking 5mg pill daily but he increased the dose on the last sript to 20mg pill daily. In your opinion do you think this is to much as well?
20 mg daily is excessive and wouldn't be necessary if your hormones were where they should be. Typically you are either on a low dose every day, or you take a one-time 20mg dose prior to sex if you don't want to use it every day.
I can't even imagine how expensive that would be too 20mg of pharma grade cialis per day jesus.
The issue is, they are prescribing Cialis as a bandaid for the real issue at hand here, which are your volatile as shit testosterone and estrogen levels which they are messing with like uneducated idiots.
Basically how your physician has it set up right now is you do a fat giant shot once, and your levels spike like crazy, leading to a sharp rise in Estrogen as well from all of the testosterone suddenly influxed into your system and aromatizing, and then over the next 2 weeks your levels steadily decline until they get too low again by the time your next shot has come around.
The ideal approach is to do smaller more frequent shots, which will minimize your estrogen spikes, as well as minimize your testosterone spikes obviously, keeping your hormones at a stable level.
At minimum I'd be pinning 2x per week.
Of course this isn't actual medical advice, its' simply my opinion on the matter. I suggest getting a doc who knows what they're talking about.
I'm going to cut back on that dose it was 5mg in the beginning and yes my insurance will only pay for about 10 pills a month vice a pill everyday so I have been ordering from a online pharmacy in Canada it's the only way I can afford and it's still not that cheap but getting back to the TRT I go to a specialist next week and hopefully he is not a moron as well and get this straightened out and as well get the run along meds I will give you a update afterwards I really appreciate the time and info you gave me now I'm going to make a contribution and buy so Red Supplements!!
Derek thought I would give you an update after my visit with the endocrinologist it didn't go quite as well as I hoped for but wasn't all bad either. He seemed to agree with the fact that I was receiving to large of a dose at one time like you stated and seemed to understand about breaking that down like you suggested but far as the run along meds the AI and HCG he didn't say no and didn't say yes but he has suggested something before that hasn't been suggested he wants to find out why my T is low so since I stopped TRT 3 weeks ago he wants me to wait an additional 3 weeks and come back for more blood work and urine sample also no over the counter test boosters so I can't take my Red PCT if my tests are still low he wants to do a MRI on my pituitary gland for any abnormalities . So is he a moron like my primary care physician? Thoughts?
Has he even looked at your Estrogen levels? Your estrogen could be through the roof because he doesn't give you an AI, which would explain you feeling like shit.
And WTF did I just read? He took you off your TRT? His solution to finding out why your T is low is to take you off of the exogenous hormones which are keeping your T up in the first place? And he thinks that somehow 3 weeks is going to be enough time for your endocrine system to start producing natural testosterone again without even giving you PCT drugs to kickstart your production again?
This doctor is an idiot.
When you were prescribed TRT, it was for low natural testosterone levels correct? So how does he possibly think taking you off of TRT is helping you in any possible way. The most illogical process I've ever heard. And it takes months for your natural testosterone to fully recover after being on exogenous drugs, so your test levels are about to tank WAY harder than they already were and you're going to feel like even more of a bag of shit once the exogenous test has worked its way out of your system, coupled with your natural production being close to nill.
Did you get a blood test done on your 200mg per week injections and it still showed low test levels? And what were your Estrogen levels on 200mg of test per week?
You need to give more details here man, I can't read your mind.
When I first started the injections in July 2015 yes my T was low from the blood work that was done this was my primary doctor. He started me out on 1.5ml every 2 weeks that is what I have been doing up until November 2016 when he did blood work again to see where my T levels are at well they came back and it was 59 still fucking low when I went to see him about it he decided to bump it up to the 2ml every 2 weeks like I stated when I first wrote you. I have asked him about the AI and HCG the run along meds to go along with TRT he was all for it until his dumb ass realized they was prescription and not over the counter that is when he made an appointment for me to go see this endocrinologist and to answer your first question no my estrogen was never checked and my T levels since I started the 2ml every 2 weeks back in November hasn't been checked either. Actually Derek I'm the one that stop going to get my shots every 2 weeks of the 2ml after you told me it was to much dose at one time granted you didn't tell me to stop I'm the one who made that decision I told the endocrinologist that and that is when he said to continue to stay off it for an additional 3 weeks. So I have made another decision I'm not going back to this other doctor fuck him don't trust him anyways from his limp wrist hand shake I'm going to go back to my primary care doctor talk to him about splitting the dose up doing one on Monday and the other on Thursday and I will try to convince the fucker about a AI if not I'm going to do what I read today from John at John Doe Bodybuilding he said he doesn't even take a AI with his TRT he takes Red PCT so fuck it roll the dice take the 2ml of T along with Red PCT and eat steak eggs and lift hard and heavy like I have been. I believe I have answered all your questions this is like texting this writing back and forth stuff gets lost in translation and I'm sure you don't have time for a phone call. I do appreciate the help and info but living in a small town in the midwest and right now working 13 days on and one day off at my job this is what I have to work with once things slow down at work and my TRT is no better I can check out Primebody like Lewis over at Iron & Tweed has recommended. Once again thanks.
I'd stay on TRT and get your test levels and Estrogen levels checked first off.
If your test levels come back low again even while on TRT, I'd ask for a brand change from your doctor. Apparently even Pharma Grade Test is being underdosed these days, which is something I had no idea was even a possibility.
Noted I will do that and take it from there. I appreciate the information you have provided me.
