I want to make sure I don't have Insomnia problems as I did before from other things.
I want to know what is the minimum to take to not get addicted to it or have withdrawl issues????
I just want to be able to handle social situations. So do I take maybe 2 pills every 4 days or what??
I Do NOT WANT TO GET ADDICTED OR HAVE WITHDRAWAL/INSOMNIA so how many do I take to avoid?
also what about taking any type of sleeping pills/ tylonal pm, nyquil, melantonin…
when is it ok to take those if you cant sleep/i know you dont want to mix them either??
how will i know with this stuff is out of my system?
The minimum you can take to not get withdrawals? Do not exceed 8 capsules total (4 servings) in a 24-hour period, and do not exceed 16 capsules per week.You should be fine if you don't exceed that.
Just don't take Red Monkey on the same day as a sleeping pill. Or use Red Monkey itself as an acute and infrequent sleep aid by having 8 caps 2 hours before bed.
It'll work its way out of your system over the next 24 hours or so.
