We’ve all seen girls showing off their bodies in skimpy, skin tight outfits on Halloween making all the guys drool.
It is the norm on Halloween, and every one loves Halloween because it is the one day of the year that is a 100% excuse for girls to dress as provocatively as they want in public without it being societally unacceptable.
Guys love when girls dress up and get in skimpy little costumes, but what about guys’ costumes?
Guys are so preoccupied with staring at women, they forget what they need to do to actually look good themselves on Halloween and take advantage of their assets.
The vast majority of guys don’t think of creative costumes, and they just show up with a stupid mask on, or worse they dress up in a gimmicky costume like walking around as a giant condom or a genie lamp that says “rub me” on it.
Awesome, you look fantastic bro.
Halloween isn’t just an excuse for girls to show off, it is an excuse for guys to as well.
They just don’t take advantage of it usually.
I’m telling you right now, you absolutely SHOULD!
You bust your ass for your physique, reap the rewards and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
You will absolutely stand out on Halloween if you take the plunge and show up ready to play.
Halloween is coming up quick though, if you’re not diced up yet here are some quick tips you can take to get shredded fast.
Ensure You Are In A Calorie Deficit
To burn fat you need to be in a calorie deficit.
There’s no way around it.
If you are having as tough as hell time getting lean, the issue lies within the fact that you are simply overeating calories, or not burning enough calories each day via exercise.
While you might think you aren’t overeating, there are lots of hidden calories that people aren’t even aware of that they’re eating that are screwing over their progress.
A perfect example of this is when I was 19 years old I ate the cleanest diet imaginable (or so I thought). I ate plain chicken breast with no oil on it and even no seasonings, and plain brown rice every single meal.
Even while eating these insanely strict bodybuilder meals every single meal of the day, I was getting horrendously fat at a quick rate.
I had no idea why, and I realized later that it was due to the fact that I was dousing my meat and rice in calorie dense sauces every meal.
So I had several hundred hidden calories saturated with sugar in each meal and didn’t even know it, and it was cranking my calorie intake way higher than it should’ve been each day.
Be aware of every single thing you are ingesting, and make sure you are accounting for it when you figure out if your diet is really on point or not.
If you are eating in a calorie deficit, it is literally physically impossible to not lose fat, as your body will need to dip into stored energy sources to survive.
Use A Potent Fat Burner
The name of the game is burning calories, and to greatly increase how many calories your body can burn on a daily basis, I highly recommend using a potent fat burner.

Keep Your Appetite Under Control With A Suppressant
The number one reason that guys fall off their diets and can’t get lean is that they can’t adhere to a strict meal plan.
If you feel like you are starving every day, not only will you be miserable, but it will make sticking to your plan extremely difficult.
To mitigate this, you need to start taking measures to suppress your appetite.
One of the absolute best ways to do this (if not the best) is drinking black coffee.
Having a zero calorie coffee (with Stevia or other calorie free sweeteners if necessary) will help blunt your appetite, allowing you to continue dieting hard without feeling like you want to kill yourself or wanting to eat everything in sight.
When I’m dieting hard, I typically like to wait until I start noticing some hunger cravings kicking in and then I’ll go make a cup of Red Coffee. This will not only curb my appetite, but it will keep me feeling completely satiated for several more hours after ingestion.
Keep Your Protein Intake High While Lowering Your Carbs
The easiest way to burn fat is by sitting on your ass and doing nothing….
But how can you get shredded doing nothing you ask?
Well, in general you can’t, but you definitely can make your body burn a hell of a lot more calories on it’s own with no effort on your end if you have more muscle mass.
The more muscle you have on your body, the higher your metabolism will be. Muscle requires tons of calories to function, and the result of having more muscle, is having a physique that will burn fat much easier than a guy with no muscle.
Once you start getting to the intermediate and advanced levels of muscle building and fat loss it will become blatantly obvious that each time you cut down it will become easier and easier to get shredded if you have more muscle on your frame than the last time you cut down.
Taking me as an example, I would always alternate between bulking and cutting phases (as I’m sure many of you do).
Each time I’d bulk up I’d gain a bit more muscle, then when I cut down I always noticed it was a bit easier to get very lean than it was the previous cut phase I did with less muscle on my frame.
To build muscle (and to keep it while you’re in a calorie deficit/cutting) you need to eat a high protein diet to build and recover muscle tissue.
Your protein intake should remain just as high for the duration of your cutting diet, the only adjustments that should occur in my opinion are the tapering down of carbohydrates and the tapering down of fats, while tapering up cardio duration and frequency each week.
Some examples of great sources of protein include chicken, extra lean ground beef, extra lean ground turkey, fish, fat-free Greek yogurt, eggs, egg whites and whey protein.
One of the easiest ways to ensure you are getting an adequate amount of protein each day is by having a post-workout Whey shake, or bringing a shake with you when you’re on the go and don’t have time to pack up a whole-food meal with a giant hunk of meat.
Do Fasted Cardio
The best time to complete cardio is right when you wake up as your glycogen stores will be in a depleted state.
When you perform physical activity in this state, your body will look for energy but once it realizes you have no nutrients readily available for it to feed off of, it will quickly turn to stored energy, aka stored fat which we want to get rid of.
Start doing low intensity cardio on an elliptical or treadmill (or whatever piece of cardio equipment you prefer) upon waking on a totally empty stomach keeping your heart rate around 140-150 beats per minute.
Take a serving of Red Burner prior to your fasted cardio to burn even more fat than you normally would.
Do cardio for 45 minutes each day while following a strict high protein diet in a calorie deficit and watch how quickly fat starts melting off of you!
With Halloween fast approaching, I suggest starting off with 5 of these sessions per week, and increasing the frequency of them and/or duration of them until you are satisfied with how lean you are.
Even if you need to work your way up to hour long fasted cardio sessions 7 days per week to get shredded, then do it.
You should continue to follow your weight lifting regimen and it should remain completely unaffected, despite your cardio regimen getting increasingly more intense.
Whatever it takes. Getting shredded isn’t easy that’s for sure.
