One thing that is commonly overlooked and can be extremely detrimental to any man's physical and mental health are his estrogen levels.
Anytime there is a negative change in libido, erection quality, water retention/bloating, prostate issues, appetite, gynecomastia and mood it is almost always caused by volatile Estrogen levels.
Unfortunately this is a topic that is rarely covered–if at all–leaving many men entirely unaware of where their negative symptoms are coming from.
The Estrogen “Sweet Spot” Level For Men
There is a general range of Estrogen levels that a healthy male should try to always keep his Estrogen levels in-between in order to operate in peak condition with no hormonal-induced issues.
This range has a very blatant sweet spot, and when you hit that sweet spot you will absolutely know. Your libido will be strong without any erectile dysfunction, you will eat and train like a beast, and you will be in a much better mood.
While everyone is different, most males report that their estrogen sweet spot is around 20 – 30 pg/mL.
However it's important to remember that estrogen is a tricky hormone that is VERY sensitive to fluctuations based on a ton of factors.
So learning how to properly get your estrogen levels into their “sweet spot” is going to take some trial and error and it has a bit of a learning curve.
Symptoms Of High Or Low Estrogen Levels
Typically, when your Estrogen (E2) levels are too low in your blood work (under the recommended range) you may experience:
- Dull, weak orgasms
- Dry skin and lips
- General dehydration
- Crashed libido
- Mood swings
- Loss of appetite
(These symptoms are similar to what you may feel if you have low testosterone as well.)
When your Estrogen levels are too high you may experience:
- Acne (as well as general oiliness all over)
- Aggression and extreme irritability
- Water retention
- High blood pressure
- Enlarged prostate
- Moon face (extreme water retention in the face)
- Very shrunken testicles
- Sugar cravings
As you can see from the symptoms alone, having unbalanced estrogen levels as a male will lead to disastrous health issues.
The general issue that most people run into is that you won’t necessarily get all of these symptoms when your Estrogen is high or low, and some of the side effects can somewhat overlap in terms of how similar they are.
This is why the only way to really understand where your hormone levels are is by getting a blood test!
If you are self diagnosing your issue to decide whether you should get a blood test or not, you should use all of the symptoms as a guide for whether your Estrogen is high or low.
Everyone will be different and will experience different symptoms and severity of symptoms, but by comparing how you feel with common symptoms of high/low estrogen you will know when it's time to get a blood test.
The Overlooked Importance Of Estrogen Levels In Men
Estrogen is commonly stereotyped as a hormone exclusive to women only, and men think that Estrogen is a bad thing because of this.
This is COMPLETELY FALSE!
Estrogen is good for men in multiple ways. Your estrogen levels help to largely regulate your:
- Skin quality
- And more…
The thing is that as a man you need some estrogen in your body, (just like women need some testosterone in their bodies), but many men suffer from having too much of it, which causes a handful of problems in and of itself.
That's why it's so important to be aware of your estrogen levels and take corrective measures as soon as you feel your hormones are starting to get out-of-wack.
Using An Aromatase Inhibitor To Get Your Estrogen In The Sweet Spot
Aromatase inhibitors (AI’s) are compounds that inhibit the action of the enzyme aromatase. Aromatase is an enzyme that is responsible for converting androgens (testosterone) into estrogen inside of your body.
Most men don't realize the simple fact that your estrogen is actually created from your testosterone. Crazy, right?
Your body will naturally take extra testosterone that you have and use the enzyme aromatase to convert that testosterone into estrogen!
However, by using an AI and blocking the production of Estrogen, you can effectively lower the Estrogen levels in your blood, and eliminate negative symptoms associated with high Estrogen.
This Is Where Red-PCT Comes Into Play.
Red-PCT Can Help Drastically Reduce Your Excess Estrogen Levels!
Red-PCT contains Arimistane, the best legal estrogen killing supplement on earth. Utilizing the powerful nature of arimistane, Red-PCT has the ability to help bring your Estrogen levels into the ever sought after sweet spot, maximizing your sense of well-being and overall physiological hormone function.
While your “sweet spot” may differ slightly from another individual, typically most males feel their absolute best when their Estrogen levels are between 20-30 pg/mL.
How Does Red-PCT Differ From Traditional Prescription PCT Drugs?
Arimistane in Red-PCT isn’t as potent as prescription PCT drugs like Arimidex, Letrozole, etc. and it is legal.
For example, if you take too much Arimidex (a prescription aromatase inhibitor), you will crash your estrogen levels far too low and experience just as many negative symptoms as when your estrogen levels were too high.
Red-PCT on the other hand is a lot milder and it is VERY difficult to screw up the dosing.
It brings your hormones into a healthy range and isn’t nearly as sensitive as prescription drugs are in regards to being able to mess up your hormones even more.
How To Dose Red-PCT To Find Your Estrogen Sweet Spot
To find your estrogen sweet spot, we highly recommend that you go get your blood work done.
All you need to do is get a simple blood test before you take Red-PCT and then after you finish your 30 day cycle of Red-PCT and see where you are. That is the best way to really know where you stand.
However, due to the mild nature of Red-PCT you could use it without getting blood work done without worrying too much about crashing your estrogen levels too low.
There are three ways to go about this:
The first way is the gradual method. Begin taking 1 capsule of Red-PCT each day. After a few days, assess how you feel. If you don't really notice any improvements, then bump your dose up to 2 capsules per day. After a week or so, assess how you feel again.
At this point you can increase your dosage to 3 capsules per day for the remainder of your 30 day cycle. Or if you feel good with two capsules per day then just continue that for four weeks before taking a break.
The second way is the 3x3x3 approach. This method is to take 3 capsules of Red-PCT each day for 3 weeks straight. After 3 weeks you take a 3 week off period. After the 3 week off-period you begin another cycle.
The third way is just to take 3 capsules of Red-PCT a day for 30 days straight. After you finish this cycle, don't take any more Red-PCT for at least 30 days.
If in the rare case that you feel that you may have dropped your estrogen levels too low below your sweet spot, simply take less Red-PCT per day or stop taking Red-PCT for a few days and your estrogen levels should balance out to where you want them to be in a couple of days.
As an added bonus of using Red-PCT to help lower your estrogen levels, you should also experience a massive increase in your natural testosterone levels at the same time!
This happens because by blocking the aromatase enzyme from creating estrogen, Red-PCT is protecting your testosterone from getting converted into estrogen.
All of that extra testosterone that isn't getting converted into estrogen then goes around your body and brings along with it all of the benefits that high testosterone has to offer.
