One of the main reasons why the majority of individuals don’t achieve their goals is that they don’t stay accountable.
This article is less of an informative/educational piece, and more of a recommendation for those who continuously fall off the bandwagon when it comes to staying consistent.
I’ve been on forums for years.
Lifestyle forums, self-improvement forums and bodybuilding forums.
One thing that is a common theme amongst these is that the members who always made the most progress in their lives were the ones that kept themselves extremely accountable.
One very effective way of doing this was to start a thread.
A personal thread that was entirely devoted to logging their goals, and their progress towards those goals.
In this thread, they would continuously update their goals, their progress towards those goals, their obstacles and complications, how they overcame those obstacles, pretty much anything and everything that pertained to succeeding and getting what they wanted to achieve.
Other members would subscribe to the logs and not only provide healthy positive encouragement, but they would provide constructive criticism and feedback when necessary. It was also an amazing way to have veteran guys chime in too to help provide guidance to an otherwise completely unaware individual in some instances.
So, what am I getting at by telling you all of this?
You all have goals in life, and as a part of the Red Army we want you guys to achieve those goals.
The best way is to stay 100% accountable. Go to the Red Supplements Official Forum by clicking HERE and start a log.
I have a few logs from way back in 2012 on some forums I’m active on that I committed to whole heartedly, and I achieved all of my goals that I laid out in those logs because I felt so much more accountable to stick to my goals as I knew there were people following my progress and wanting me to succeed.
I can now look back on those logs, proud as hell of my achievements.
Some of them are 30+ pages long of posts, spanning over the course of several years, and it is simply astounding to read them now from start to finish and see the transformation I underwent over the course of my progression, and my achievements.
Not to mention they are incredibly entertaining.
Needless to say, it is quite funny to read my log entries from 5+ years ago about my trials and tribulations trying to build up a dating life with several women as a clueless 19 year old, and then to fast forward to the posts my 24-year-old self has made and the huge transformation I underwent.
I have several close friends who have created physique logs as well in the past and committed to achieving those goals, and it is incredible to see their body transformations from start to finish.
The log you create could be about literally anything you want in life.
I strongly urge you to pick a goal that you feel very passionately about wanting to achieve, and go post a log in the forum right now and start being more accountable.
You will be happy you did down the road.
