Taking 1 serving (1 level scoop) of Red Buddha mixed in with 6 oz. of fluid water 30-60 minutes before bed time.

    On an empty stomach, I can feel this hit pretty quickly. Love the flavor. My only issue with it is that the powder clumps as I’m mixing it.

      Thanks for the review Andreas! A good tip for helping to get rid of the powder clumps is to mix it with hot water, then throw in some ice cubes to cool it down. Or go hard with a shaker cup.

    It can be hard for me to fall asleep after working late into the night. After taking Red Buddha, I can drift off to sleep around 5 to 10 minutes after laying down in bed.

    Sometimes I can’t avoid exposure to blue light when taking my dog out at night, and this supplement helps me fall asleep when I would otherwise be wired. I’ll take it about 30 minutes before bed and let it kick in on our walk.

    I even took some with me on my recent trip to Romania, and it helped with the jet lag tremendously. I was surprised at how recovered I felt in the mornings after nights of partying. No hangover. No drowsiness.

    Years ago I had a sleep study done because of extreme lack of sleep, sometimes 2-3 days of insomnia before I’d finally crash. Was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome, the text recorded 26 limb movements a minute! That’s a lot of moving!! And that was after the had prescribed me ambien because the test required so many hours of sleep and I knew I wasn’t sleeping with all that shot hooked to me!! Anyways after years of struggling and all kinds of different sleep meds( once drank a half bottle of NyQuil to absolutely no avail) I came across red Buddha and things have definitely gotten better othe than my wife says I snore a lot now??‍♂️, I would definitely recommend this product I just wish the wouldn’t have made such a dramatic price increase!!

    I love Red Buddha and have ordered more now because it’s so good to have as a back up when I have a rough time falling asleep.

    Sometimes when I’m trying to fall asleep I have a hard time falling asleep not because of “bad” anxiety, but because of “good” anxiety. I’ll be so excited for certain projects I’m working on or things happening in my life (good things) that I still just won’t be able to fall asleep. And after a few hours of tossing and turning, that will really screw up your night and turn the good feelings to bad feelings really quickly when you realize you have to be up in 4 hours to hit the gym before work starts and there go your nicely planned 8 hours of sleep.

    Red Buddha really changed that for me and it’s amazing. I fall asleep very quickly after taking Red Buddha, stay soundly asleep, and if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I have no problem falling back to sleep once I reach my bed again. Red Buddha truly is prefect, it’s just a shame I can’t use it every single day.

    So, what I’ve started doing is: I use it for recovery/off-days or recovery/off-weeks from working out. For example, when I know I’m going to have a day off work or recovery day from the gym, or maybe a full recovery week, I take Red Buddha the night before (or every night for that one single week, no more) because I know it’ll give me a nice long uninterrupted sleep, which is perfect for muscle recovery. Also, all of us know that annoying habit of waking up early on days that you have off when you actually want to sleep in; and then not being able to get up out of bed on the days you do have to get up. Red Buddha helps you sleep in on the days you want to sleep in. But, interestingly enough, I noticed it also helps me get up on days where I have to get up. If I take Red Buddha the night before I have to get up early with my alarm clock, as long as I’m giving myself between 6 – 8 hours of sleep before my alarm has to go off, I’m actually able to get up easily. I actually wake up refreshed and revitalized to the sound of my alarm clock and I’m ready to get started and none of this extra snoozing and struggling out of bed crap most of us are used to. It’s like the deeper sleep that Red Buddha gave me made it easier for me to get out of bed in the end.

    So, while I can’t use it every single day, it’s really nice to use on weekends or off days to allow myself to have more complete and restful sleep. That then ended up re-conditioning my psyche so that even on days I don’t use Red Buddha I’m able to relax in bed and fall asleep much much easier now then before. Thanks again for another life changing supplement. Plus, it also tastes delicious!
