Using a blender, mix together:
- 2 scoops of chocolate flavored whey protein powder
- 250 ml (8 oz) of coconut water
- 180 ml (6 oz) of iced coffee
- 1 cold, ripe, banana
- 50 g (1/4 cup) of frozen strawberries
- 50 g (1/4 cup) of frozen blueberries
- 200 g (1 cup) of ice
