Red Burner is the premier fat burning supplement from Red Supplements.
How does Red Burner work to burn fat?
The ingredients in Red-Burner have been specifically chosen as they greatly enhance fat oxidation during exercise.
The caffeine in Red-Burner specifically stimulates the nervous system and increases epinephrine levels in the body which signals the body to break down fat. The green tea and T2 increase resting energy expenditure (or the amount of calories you burn at rest) for several hours post ingestion.
Coupled with the other potent ingredients in Red-Burner, as well as proper nutrition and a well-rounded fitness program, you can easily shed a huge amount of unwanted fat and greatly improve your body composition.
By improving your body’s nutrient partitioning abilities, oxidizing a greater amount of fat, increasing how many calories your body burns, as well as greatly enhancing your energy levels which will equate to stronger exercise sessions, Red-Burner’s ingredients work synergistically to maximize your fat loss.
Should I take Red Burner before cardio?
To really kick your metabolism in gear you should take Red-Burner first thing upon waking, and again 30 minutes before your cardio session. This will drastically increase the thermogenic effects of your cardio session from the caffeine and green tea ingredients, thus increasing how much fat your body will burn.
Research has shown that those who took green tea and caffeine before cardiovascular training had far greater fat-burning effects than those who took a placebo.
The combination of caffeine will assist fat mobilization and reduce post-workout soreness and muscle pain, leading to longer more focused and intense workout sessions with enhanced body fat burning levels.
Will taking Red Burner give me the energy to workout if I’m sleep deprived?
Yes it will, however, sleep is still a necessity as sleep deprivation will eventually lead to increases in cortisol and decreased testosterone, which will negatively affect your progress by inhibiting muscle gains and fat loss.
Although Red-Burner will give you the energy to train in a sleep deprived state, don’t make a habit of it.
If you find Red-Burner is hindering your ability to fall asleep, don’t take any of your doses after 6 p.m.
Are there any special precautions I should take while on Red-Burner?
Since Red-Burner will elevate your metabolism, you may find that you sweat a little bit more when taking it. The caffeine content also exerts a diuretic effect on the body, which will increase your bodies need for adequate hydration as you will expel water retention faster and easier.
To prevent yourself from getting dehydrated, drink at least 3-4 litres of water per day while taking Red-Burner. This will not only keep you hydrated, but adequate hydration will actually help increase your metabolism and further enhance your fat loss
Does timing matter when I take Red Burner each day?
It isn’t hugely detrimental to your results by any means when you take your dose each day; however, there are a few recommendations we have to maximize the fat burning potential of Red-Burner.
We recommend ideally taking your doses before physical activity (if you’re exercising or doing cardio that day) to maximize fat burning potential, and to not take a dose after 6 p.m. if you typically have issues falling asleep after taking stimulant based products.
While Red-Burner certainly isn’t stimulant dense, the caffeine content may impede your ability to fall asleep if you take it too late into the night.
Also, as keeping a calorie-reduced clean diet is imperative for fat loss, we suggest taking advantage of the appetite suppressing capabilities of Red-Burner by taking it prior to breakfast and lunch. This will ensure you reach satiety easier, which will prevent you from overeating or getting crazy food cravings.
If you have trouble sticking to a strict diet and not cheating, then we highly recommend the dosing strategy of dosing it before meals.
Can we exceed the recommended dose? I know it isn’t recommended but I am a stim junkie and am pretty resistant to caffeine, ephedrine, etc.
While we don’t “recommend” exceeding the recommended dose, you can definitely get away with bumping it past there if you don’t make a habit of it in my opinion.
As this supplement isn’t super stimulant dense (we designed it that way on purpose), if you are looking for heavy stimulant-like effects from it and you already have a tolerance built up with down-regulated beta-2 receptors, you will probably have to bump up past the recommended dose to really feel it kick in.
Can I use Red-Burner Indefinitely? Do I need to cycle it?
Although Red-Burner’s ingredient profile certainly isn’t stimulant dense, the body will become desensitized to some ingredients over time in the product. We advise that you cycle off for a couple weeks once you notice you aren’t feeling the same “kick” from the recommended dose.
Your body’s beta-2 receptors may become down-regulated from continuous daily consumption of caffeine anhydrous, and if this is to occur (you don’t feel the same kick from the product anymore), then you will need 2 weeks to up-regulate your receptors.
Typically, a 6 week on, 2 week off, cycling method should suffice to keep your body reacting properly to all the ingredients with no desensitization.
Will Red Burner let me cheat on my diet more and still get lean?
Technically, yes, however, this product is exactly what you referred to it as a “supplement.” Meaning it is used to supplement, or enhance your current regimen.
It is by no means a replacement for hard work or a miracle pill for the lazy.
The bottom line with Red-Burner is that it will allow you to get leaner, easier, while holding onto more muscle.
How do I know what my ideal dose of Red-Burner is for me specifically?
Current recommendations state that for performance benefits, trained individuals should consume 1-2 mg of caffeine anhydrous per pound of body weight 30-60 minutes prior to exercise, never exceeding more than 400 mg per day (4 Red-Burner Pills).
Obviously this will be individual specific though as it is just a general guideline. As such, we recommend you start on the lower end (1 pill), and assess how you feel and how your body reacts, and then adjust your dosage from that reference point.
Does Red Burner work better the more pills you take per day?
Red-Burner is designed to provide the proper doses of a variety of ingredients supporting fat loss in a very accurately measured manner. That doesn’t mean that the more Red-Burner pills you take, the more fat loss you will achieve.
Red Supplements states the serving guidelines on the nutrition label on purpose so you can have a way of measuring what dose works for you individually. Exceeding the recommended dose by no means will guarantee increased results, and you may simply be putting yourself in a vulnerable position to potential side effects.
Start with our recommended dose, and then assess from there whether you need more or not. If you take 2 pills for example and get intense caffeine jitters and are extremely on edge, it should be a clear as day indication that you shouldn’t be increasing the amount of pills you take each day as that would only encourage side effects.
I drink coffee on a regular basis; will this affect how many Red-Burner pills I can take?
Good question. If you can’t function on a daily basis without your morning cup of coffee (or 3-4) then you need to be careful about how you dose Red-Burner. Red-Burner contains enough caffeine to equate to about 1 cup of coffee per pill (100 mg/pill).
You will want to take this into consideration when you choose your daily dose. While you may love the benefits and blatant energizing effects you will experience from such a high daily caffeine intake, mixing a high coffee intake with a high Red-Burner intake will likely eventually lead to your body burning out. The onset of fatigue could actually be expedited by being so heavily dependent on stimulants for your energy.
We suggest you lower your coffee intake daily or switch to decaffeinated coffee to accommodate your Red-Burner daily dosage of choice.
If I want to take Red Burner at night time will it keep me from falling asleep?
It is impossible to guarantee if it will keep you awake or not, but as a general rule of thumb, if you are sensitive to caffeine we recommend you allocate your Red-Burner doses to times before 6 p.m. each day to prevent the chance of caffeine induced insomnia.
How much caffeine is per pill?
Red Burner has 100mg of caffeine per capsule – about as much as a cup of coffee. Make adjustments in your normal caffeine intake accordingly.
Since thyroid function will be increased from Red-Burner, do I need any SARMs or extra BCAA’s to maintain muscle mass?
Extra BCAAs/SARM is entirely dependent on your goals and your diet. Regarding your thyroid functioning at a higher level, Red-Burner will speed up your metabolism, but certainly not to a point where you would need to worry about being catabolic from being thrown into a state of hyperthyroidism.
SARMs and BCAA’s will definitely help you hold onto more muscle tissue than you would otherwise at a calorie deficit, but they are by no means 100% necessary to use.
I tend to stay away from pre-workout supplements because I get a bad energy crash after taking them. Would the same thing happen with this fat-burner?
We hate that crash too trust me us, we know exactly what you’re talking about. No, this supplement absolutely WON’T cause that ruthless crash you would get from intense stimulant dense products.
The whole premise and goal behind this fat burner was to come up with an ingredient profile that would give you energy, elevate your mood, and enhance fat burning WITHOUT the intense edgy jitters and brutal crash that traditional stimulant dense pre-workouts would give you.
We accomplished just that, and it can even be used on non-training days without feeling like you want to run through a wall.
How does Red-Burner compare to Lipodrene and Ephedrine?
While the fat burning, appetite suppressing, increased physical performance and enhanced mental focus effects are close in contrast with lipodrene and ephedrine, Red-Burner is less explosive in the energy it provides.
It’s less jittery, there’s less crash, and the energy it gives you is more of a sustained moderate energy with a smoother exit out of your system, whereas Lipodrene and Ephedrine are notorious for being heavy hitters going in and going out of the system energy wise.
One of the other great things about Red-Burner is that there is no runny nose side effect like Lipodrene has!
Is it safe to pull the capsules open and mix in a drink? I have trouble swallowing pills sometimes.
Yes, you can definitely pull the pills open and ingest the contents if you have issues swallowing pills.
It would make no difference on how the product works, it would simply get absorbed a bit faster as your body wouldn’t have to spend time breaking down the capsules via digestion.
What are the mood enhancing qualities and what exactly is the chemistry on the mood enhancing substances in this fat burner?
Red-Burner contains an ingredient called “β-phenylethylamine.” This is a compound that is found in the brain and has been shown to have a direct influence on mood, energy, and focus.
It is an alkaloid and monoamine compound that is usually found in chocolate that provides an energy boost, improves focus, aids in weight loss, increases brain activity (which in turn improves the mood).
It affects the mood by influencing the brain’s chemical makeup and inducing feelings that resemble passion and love.
It also changes dopamine levels, which in turn releases hormones that improve mood and increase heart rate. This is also an ingredient used in pharmacology, particularly as an anti-depressant or stimulant.
Loving the Red Burner I got, however, as a stim-junkie, 2 pills is not enough. I had 3 this morning and honestly wouldn’t mind having one more this afternoon, but want to make sure it’s not going to do any damage with such a high dose?
No, the ingredients in Red-Burner are very safe and it is extremely unlikely you will encounter any health issues if you exceed the recommended dose; however, it is the recommended dose for a reason.
We suggest you re-sensitize yourself to caffeine by taking a break from stimulant based products to up-regulate your beta-2 receptors.
If that is not an option though and you wish to exceed the recommended dose, I’m sure you will be fine with taking 3-4 pills once in a while.
Does Red-Burner need to be taken on an empty stomach?
No, however, it will definitely give you a bigger “kick” if you take it empty stomach which is what we prefer. All pre-workout energy increasing supplements work better if taken on an empty stomach.
If you have any questions or are feeling ambiguous about certain things from this article please leave a comment below.
Red Burner does contain caffeine which has been linked with temporary increases in blood pressure, so that’s something that everyone consuming products with caffeine should be aware about. But other than caffeine, none of the other ingredients in Red Burner have any links with increased blood pressure.

Hello I am currently taking SSRI’s for depression I would like to know if I can take the Red burner with it
If you are currently taking any prescription or OTC medicine(s) please talk to your doctor and ask about any possible interactions between your medicine and the ingredients in Red Burner before you begin taking Red Burner. If your doctor gives you the OK, then you are good to go.

I’ve had huge success with intermittent fasting for fat loss now my question is will the red burner taken on an empty stomach cause an insulin response? I want to take these but want to know if I should rather take them during my eating window or is it ok regardless? Thanks.
No taking Red Burner should not cause any type of insulin response. You can take them during your eating window or outside of your eating window. Taking 1 capsule right when you wake up, (which I’m assuming is a few hours before your eating window begins,) would be a great way to help boost your metabolism and speed up your fat/weight loss.
That is what I’d like to know too. I read it is a “main ingredient” but it is listed at the end of the ingredient list. I’d love to see a caffeine-free version of the supplement.
Hi Candace, thanks for reaching out. There is currently 100 mg of caffeine in each capsule of Red Burner. This caffeine content helps to boost your energy and get your metabolism fired up.
While there is not a caffeine-free version of Red Burner at the moment, we are open to the idea of creating it in the future if enough people ask for it.

I workout first thing in the morning, about 30-40 minutes after waking very early. So, one cap right away – should I do a second one around lunchtime or so?
Yes. A second cap at lunch time would be good timing to keep your energy and metabolism firing for the rest of the day.

This may come off as a stupid question, but.. Can an overweight person have any benefit from Red Burner? I have about 40 pounds to lose by the end of this year and I’m looking to burn it off as quickly and efficiently as possible. Can I use this in addition to cardio and caloric deficit diet?
Steven
Yes you will benefit from Red Burner. Add it to your plan and keep working at it. Looking forward to hear about your progress.

I have a bottle of this for myself as a pre-cardio supplement on occasion, and its great!
Any reason for the warning in reference to hormonal-type cancers? Just curious before I have my girlfriend begin taking this, as she has family history of both breast and testicular cancers.
Do you know of women yielding results in this supplement?
Steven
Hi Lee, glad to hear you love Red Burner! Yes, we’ve seen many women yielding positive results from taking Red Burner. As for your girlfriend’s family history–everyone is different and it’s important to consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplement.
Looie
Is it safe to take if I’m under 18?
Steven
No Looie, give your body time to grow and mature. We’ll be here when you’re ready for us.

Hello. Lately, I have been taking the 90 Red Burner capsules for almost one month. I am wondering if it is necessary to take now any period of time as a break (1 month or less or more) or take PCT after having consumed the whole bottle of 90 Red Burner capsules or if I can now immediately restart taking Red Burner as well as Osta-RED without needing to take a break nor PCT prior to it.
You can take Red Burner indefinitely if your beta-2 receptors didn’t down-regulate. Your body will naturally build a tolerance to stimulants though through daily use, so taking some take off of stims is recommended once you notice that the effects are more diminished, even at the top end dose.
Sergio
So, I will take one pill immediately after waking, and other 30 minutes before the cardio and/or resistance training, so the day is good and done with the two daily pills? and in non-exercise days… one pill after waking and other before 6:00 P.M and the day is good too? I am talking about maximizing the efficiency of the Red-Burner; this thing could be incredible mixed with the Red-PCT (I will order the two this Monday, I swear), thanks,
So your question is regarding Red Burner now and not the Red-PCT? Just clarifying regarding your proposed scheduling protocol you outlined in your comment. If you’re talking about Red Burner, taking it prior to cardio or to weight training is ideal imo because I like the energy boost it gives me too and I need it for weights or cardio. I’d typically do a serving pre-fasted cardio or pre-weight training, depending on my energy levels that day I’ll choose when I use it. For non-exercise days what you outline looks good to me.
Play it by ear is my suggestion. As long as you’re taking your dose each day, you will get the fat-burning benefits of it, but the boost in energy I try to strategically use for when I need the energy most that day.
Sergio
Yeah, the question was for Red Burner, so one pill after waking (6:00-7:00 A.M.) and the second pill 30 minutes before cardio and resistance training (11:00 A.M. cardio being first thing to do before the resistance training), and the day is done for the two daily pills, this is good? and then other days, one pill after waking and the other at 6:00 P.M. and the day is good and done too, are the steps correct?
But what if I choose to take the first pill at 10:30 A.M. before the cardio and resistance training? and the second pill at 6:00 P.M.? this is good too? because of the T2 ingredient I expect the dosage to spread throughout the day, this protocol is good too? thanks,
What country do you live in? And what error message are you getting that won’t let you order? Please be specific so I can try and help.
Anika
Hi,
How does the red burner compare to Hydroxycut Elite? I tried it before and it made me very jittery and sick to the stomach. I stopped using it. Would like to try your red burner but not if it’s a similar formulation that will make me feel that way.
At a first glance, it appears that Hydroxycut Elite is packed with caffeine, which is more than likely (I’m almost positive) what made you feel jittery and sick.
Red Burner isn’t stimulant dense so you would probably like it a lot more.

Hi! I take Zoloft (SSRI) would I still be able to take Red Burner?
You should talk to your doctor first just in case (obviously I’m not a licensed practitioner) but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. I surmise it will be fine.

Since this product increases heart function is it still safe to use? I am female into good health have nutrition business on no dr meds but concerned about increase in heart function? Before ordering want to make sure safe!! Sincerely Gerry Martz Martz’s Natural Healing & Wellness
It’s just as safe as any standard pre-workout supplement on the market. It’s arguably healthier actually as it isn’t overdosed with stims that will put your heart in overdrive.
I do consider all of the concepts you’ve presented for your post.
They’re very convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too quick for novices. May just you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
RB
Tried ordering a few days ago but it’s out of stock, do you have a rough idea of when it will be back?
RB
Is it mandatory to cycle off after 6 weeks? Can I just take 1 pill a day for 90 days, then cycle off for 8 weeks, then restart again?
I’m going to be consuming caffeine (even after I stop taking red burner), but I’m more concerned about the need to cycle off the T2. I don’t care about the “stimulant” effect, more about the metabolism boosting effects.
(I’m asking because the advice to cycle off for 2 weeks after 6 weeks is to maintain the stimulant benefit – not the metabolism boosting benefit. Will the metabolism boosting continue even if I don’t cycle off?)
The cycle off period is simply recommended to refresh your receptors so you’re not burned out and pounding your beta-2’s with stimulants for no reason. Typically with anything, eventually your body will adapt to it and it will become less effective, and this is no different with fat burners, hence it being wise to cycle off once and a while to keep the supplement working the way it was intended. Yes, as long as T2 is taken its’ effects will continue to work, exactly like thyroid hormone would.
RB
Thanks for the quick response – so you think it would be OK to do 1 cap a day for 90 days, with approx 8-9 weeks of cycling off? No permanent damage (in your opinion, I get that you aren’t a doc) by taking it at that dosage for that duration?
Red Burner is a pre-workout supplement in itself, so it shouldn’t be necessary to do that. If you do use it with another pre-workout though be very aware of how much total caffeine you are consuming between both the supplements, as you could overdo it if you take the full dose of both together.
Matt
I’m thinking of trying this. Is it safe to do this and Red Monkey at the same time?
I’ve answered this question a few times. They actually work very well together, as Red-Burner is a calorie free stimulant which helps potentiate the effects of Red Monkey on an empty stomach.
You should talk to your doctor as I couldn’t say for certain. My educated guess would be that it is 100% fine, but you should consult your physician to be certain first.
Noah
Is this supplement safe to take if I’m 18 years old?
Is it okay to take creatine 5mg with Red burner? Thinking of taking creatine before workout and one Red burner pill in the morning. I work during the day so my workout is about 6:30pm in the evening. Or can I take creatine and Red burner together before workout? Thanks!
Thanks guys for all the great info….had a few questions for you-
1. Serving size states 1-2 capsules a day. Can I increase this on my training days? Or can I skip morning intake, and just save 2 capsules for a preworkout before training? OR can I Just take a few capsules throughout the day, and just have another preworkout before gym time?
2. Some weekend nights I drink alcohol at social gatherings, will this impact my health? Obviously I won’t be mixing it together, but lets say I had my red intake earlier that day….. is it okay to drink alcohol at night?
1. You’re overthinking it. Take it each day, and time it for when you need the energy boost.
2. I don’t know how much you are drinking so it’s not really easy to answer that question. Having a few drinks would be fine, but I don’t ever advocate mixing any sort of high quantities of alcohol with stimulants.
Wes
How is this going to react with red monkey? Would it be better to take them on seperate days or would the two combined create an ultra happy energetic mood?
They would actually go together very nicely because Red-Burner is calorie free and has caffeine in it. Combining Red-Burner with Monkey or combining Red Coffee (with no additives) with Monkey would both be ideal on an empty stomach.

All pre-workout energy increasing supplements work better if taken on an empty stomach.

does burner effect blood pressure
RedSteve
Red Burner does contain caffeine which has been linked with temporary increases in blood pressure, so that’s something that everyone consuming products with caffeine should be aware about. But other than caffeine, none of the other ingredients in Red Burner have any links with increased blood pressure.
Richard
Hello
I am currently taking SSRI’s for depression
I would like to know if I can take the Red burner with it
Thanks
R
RedSteve
Hi Richard,
If you are currently taking any prescription or OTC medicine(s) please talk to your doctor and ask about any possible interactions between your medicine and the ingredients in Red Burner before you begin taking Red Burner. If your doctor gives you the OK, then you are good to go.

I’ve had huge success with intermittent fasting for fat loss now my question is will the red burner taken on an empty stomach cause an insulin response? I want to take these but want to know if I should rather take them during my eating window or is it ok regardless? Thanks.
RedSteve
No taking Red Burner should not cause any type of insulin response. You can take them during your eating window or outside of your eating window. Taking 1 capsule right when you wake up, (which I’m assuming is a few hours before your eating window begins,) would be a great way to help boost your metabolism and speed up your fat/weight loss.

What color is the powder in the capsules?
RedSteve
The powder in the capsules is white. The capsules are red.
Candace
That is what I’d like to know too. I read it is a “main ingredient” but it is listed at the end of the ingredient list. I’d love to see a caffeine-free version of the supplement.
RedSteve
Hi Candace, thanks for reaching out. There is currently 100 mg of caffeine in each capsule of Red Burner. This caffeine content helps to boost your energy and get your metabolism fired up.
While there is not a caffeine-free version of Red Burner at the moment, we are open to the idea of creating it in the future if enough people ask for it.
Scott
I workout first thing in the morning, about 30-40 minutes after waking very early. So, one cap right away – should I do a second one around lunchtime or so?
RedSteve
Hey Scott,

Lee Brown

Derek @ RED
You can take Red Burner indefinitely if your beta-2 receptors didn’t down-regulate. Your body will naturally build a tolerance to stimulants though through daily use, so taking some take off of stims is recommended once you notice that the effects are more diminished, even at the top end dose.
Sergio
So, I will take one pill immediately after waking, and other 30 minutes before the cardio and/or resistance training, so the day is good and done with the two daily pills? and in non-exercise days… one pill after waking and other before 6:00 P.M and the day is good too? I am talking about maximizing the efficiency of the Red-Burner; this thing could be incredible mixed with the Red-PCT (I will order the two this Monday, I swear), thanks,
Sergio
Derek @ RED
But what if I choose to take the first pill at 10:30 A.M. before the cardio and resistance training? and the second pill at 6:00 P.M.? this is good too? because of the T2 ingredient I expect the dosage to spread throughout the day, this protocol is good too? thanks,
Sergio
Derek @ RED
You’re way overthinking it. Just take your recommended dose each day and use it when you feel you need the energy boost the most.
liz53881
yes i tried to order but it don’t let me.
Derek @ RED
What country do you live in? And what error message are you getting that won’t let you order? Please be specific so I can try and help.

Hi,
How does the red burner compare to Hydroxycut Elite? I tried it before and it made me very jittery and sick to the stomach. I stopped using it. Would like to try your red burner but not if it’s a similar formulation that will make me feel that way.
Thanks
Derek @ RED
At a first glance, it appears that Hydroxycut Elite is packed with caffeine, which is more than likely (I’m almost positive) what made you feel jittery and sick.
Red Burner isn’t stimulant dense so you would probably like it a lot more.
Ming
Hi! I take Zoloft (SSRI) would I still be able to take Red Burner?
Derek @ RED
You should talk to your doctor first just in case (obviously I’m not a licensed practitioner) but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. I surmise it will be fine.
GERRY lynn Martz
Since this product increases heart function is it still safe to use? I am female into good health have nutrition business on no dr meds but concerned about increase in heart function? Before ordering want to make sure safe!! Sincerely Gerry Martz Martz’s Natural Healing & Wellness
Derek @ RED
It’s just as safe as any standard pre-workout supplement on the market. It’s arguably healthier actually as it isn’t overdosed with stims that will put your heart in overdrive.
Mabel
I do consider all of the concepts you’ve presented for your post.
They’re very convincing and will definitely work.
Still, the posts are too quick for novices. May just you
please extend them a bit from next time?
Derek @ RED
Derek @ RED
No damage no. Your beta 2’s will be probably down-regulate a bit though with 3 months of straight use.
RB
Thanks for the reply!

Is it ok to take Red Burner with a pre workout supplement
Derek @ RED
Red Burner is a pre-workout supplement in itself, so it shouldn’t be necessary to do that. If you do use it with another pre-workout though be very aware of how much total caffeine you are consuming between both the supplements, as you could overdo it if you take the full dose of both together.
Matt
I’m thinking of trying this. Is it safe to do this and Red Monkey at the same time?
Derek @ RED
I’ve answered this question a few times. They actually work very well together, as Red-Burner is a calorie free stimulant which helps potentiate the effects of Red Monkey on an empty stomach.
mike
Im 38 and take pills for depression and anxiety. Can I still take these?
Derek @ RED
What are the pills you take? I can’t answer your question if you just say “I’m on pills.”
mike
ok. heres what i take:
Venlafaxine (effexor) 150 mg
clonazepam .5 mg
thanks
Derek @ RED
You should talk to your doctor as I couldn’t say for certain. My educated guess would be that it is 100% fine, but you should consult your physician to be certain first.
Noah
Is this supplement safe to take if I’m 18 years old?
Derek @ RED
Yes

Is it okay to take creatine 5mg with Red burner? Thinking of taking creatine before workout and one Red burner pill in the morning. I work during the day so my workout is about 6:30pm in the evening. Or can I take creatine and Red burner together before workout? Thanks!
Derek @ RED
Timing your creatine dose is irrelevant. Simply make sure you get your 5 grams in per day and that is all you need to worry about.
Yes you can take creatine with Red Burner.
Christina
Can females use this?
Derek @ RED
Yes 🙂
Monster
Thanks guys for all the great info….had a few questions for you-
1. Serving size states 1-2 capsules a day. Can I increase this on my training days? Or can I skip morning intake, and just save 2 capsules for a preworkout before training? OR can I Just take a few capsules throughout the day, and just have another preworkout before gym time?
2. Some weekend nights I drink alcohol at social gatherings, will this impact my health? Obviously I won’t be mixing it together, but lets say I had my red intake earlier that day….. is it okay to drink alcohol at night?
Thanks again!
Derek @ RED
Derek @ RED
They would actually go together very nicely because Red-Burner is calorie free and has caffeine in it. Combining Red-Burner with Monkey or combining Red Coffee (with no additives) with Monkey would both be ideal on an empty stomach.
Duncan
Is this safe to combine with osta red?
Derek @ RED
Yessir 🙂
