Red Focus FAQ
What is Red Focus?
Red Focus is the best “controlled stimulant” on the market, designed to help you stay productive and FOCUSED all day long—without any of the harsh side effects of traditional stimulants.
How does Red Focus work?
Red Focus combines 10 potent nootropics to enhance your mental clarity, cognitive function, memory, absorption, concentration, focus, wakefulness, and energy for hours.
How much Red Focus should I take?
To get the maximum benefits from Red Focus we recommend that you take 2 capsules once per day.
When should I take Red Focus?
You should take Red Focus 30 – 60 minutes before you plan to begin working on something that requires your utmost attention and focus.
What can I expect when I’m on Red Focus?
Red Focus will help you lock-in to whatever task you have before you. Many users report feeling a smooth laser-like level of focus.
Where Red Focus really shines is by helping you get into “the zone” when you’re working.
Red Focus will NOT have you bouncing off the walls, but it will help you work for hours without getting distracted or realizing how long you were just working for.
How long do the effects of Red Focus last?
This will vary individual to individual, but typically the supplement will have made its way out of your system in 8 hours or so.
With that being said, you will feel the strongest effects 1 – 3 hours after you take Red Focus.
Will I experience a comedown or crash after taking Red Focus?
No, you will not experience a “comedown” or “crash” after taking Red Focus.
We specifically avoided adding traditional stimulants like caffeine to Red Focus in order to avoid the sharp decline and crash that accompanies those compounds.
Does it matter if I take Red Focus on an empty stomach?
Red Focus’s effects will be more powerful if you take it on an empty stomach.
This is because if your stomach is busy digesting a ton of food, the pill will get broken down slower and has a higher chance of being diluted by the food in your stomach.
Can I drink coffee when I take Red Focus?
Absolutely! The stimulant properties of a high quality, organic, coffee work very well with Red Focus.
Drinking a cup of coffee and taking 2 Red Focus pills on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before you begin working, is a highly effective way to get the most powerful effects possible!
Will Red Focus help me study/do work?
Yes, this is what Red Focus was created to help you with!
Taking Red Focus when you are studying or working on a specific task like writing, coding, or reading will greatly enhance your ability to “get in the zone” and focus on that task.
How does Red Focus compare with Modafinil?
Modafinil is a prescription drug that is designed to help you stay awake. This is why it is prescribed for people who have narcolepsy, insomnia, and work-shift sleep disorder. It is illegal to have without a prescription.
More hours awake does not mean more hours of productivity. The long half-life and crash after taking Modafinil often does the opposite.
Red Focus is a legal nootropic supplement that boosts your productivity and focus. It gives you clear, sharp focus to get stuff done with no come down or crash afterwards.
How does Red Focus compare with Adderall?
Adderall is a prescription drug for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Adderall is simply an amphetamine with a chemical makeup similar to methamphetamine, ecstasy and cocaine. It is illegal to have without a prescription.
Once Adderall gets into the brain it mimics the actions of adrenaline, and it without a doubt helps focus and concentration levels a significant amount. However, the drug has a high potential for abuse, coupled with a strong tendency of addiction, leading many to psychological and physical dependence.
Red Focus is a legal nootropic supplement that helps boost your productivity and focus to get things done. It will not have you bouncing off the walls like Adderall, it is not addictive like Adderall, and there is no come-down or crash like Adderall. Instead, Red Focus will help give you a smooth, clean, boost of attention and focus when you need it the most and will gradually fade away as the day goes on.
What is a nootropic?
The name “nootropic” is actually used relatively loosely as any chemical substance that can improve brain function without negatively affecting the brain.
There are a large variety of nootropics available. They all work slightly different on the receptors in the brain and provide their benefits via different mechanisms.
However, they mostly contribute to cognitive function by providing benefits that typically improve memory, information absorption, and focus.
What does each ingredient do in Red Focus?
Vitamin B6 is a vitamin that plays a role in cognitive development through the biosynthesis and creation of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B12 is a vitamin that offers an array of nootropic benefits both in terms of neuron development and maintenance as well as cognitive processes related to memory, learning, concentration and reasoning. It works by helping the maintenance and production of DNA, RNA, and nerve cells in the body.
Bacopa is a nootropic herb used in Ayurvedic medicine. Bacopa monnieri reduces anxiety, enhances cognition, and improves memory function. Bacopa monnieri works by improving communication in your nervous system. It does that by increasing the growth of your nerve endings (called dendrites).
AlphaSize is a nutrient that promotes the formation of acetylcholine (AC), a vital neurotransmitter compound involved in all key brain functions and mental sharpness. It leads to improvements in memory, concentration, learning, recall, and focus. It works by providing an immediate boost of choline to the body.
Yerba Mate is a tea indigenous to South America. Yerba Mate naturally contains many important and health boosting compounds for the body. It is known for improving short-term memory, increasing cognitive stimulation, reducing anxiety, and increasing overall cognitive function.
Theobromine is a compound derived from the cacao plant (chocolate). Theobromine naturally increases blood flow, alertness, attention, and executive function. It works by opening up the blood vessels and blocking adenosine receptors in the brain.
PhosphatidylSerine 20% is a naturally occurring phospholipid compound vital to the efficient functioning of brain cells. It is known for its significant benefits related to memory, learning, attention and mood. It works by helping the brain metabolize glucose, bind with neurotransmitters, and create synapses.
L-Theanine is an amino acid which promotes relaxation without sedation. Additional effects are stress reduction and improved attention. It is found almost exclusively in the tea plant (Camellia sinensis).
Vinpocetine is a compound that is known for enhancing cognition, sharpening memory and improving mood. It works by acting as a vasodilator and anti-inflammatory agent in the brain, increasing blood circulation and oxygen utilization.
Huperzine A is a compound derived from the Chinese club moss Huperzia serrata. It is known primarily for its ability to enhance memory and cognition. It works by increasing the amount of neurotransmitters in the brain.
It is by combining these ingredients in a very specific and calculated way that Red Focus is able to create a strong synergistic bond that helps you get and stay FOCUSED all day long.
Is Red Focus Legal?
Yes, Red Focus is 100% legal to have and consume in the USA.
What are the side effects of Red Focus?
There are no known negative side effects from Red Focus.
There are positive side effects from taking Red Focus. Since Red Focus is a nootropic compound, the longer and more consistently you take it, the greater the effects will be. This is due to a “build up” of the compounds in your body from repeated use within a short time frame.
I don’t notice a huge boost from Red Focus, am I doing something wrong?
Red Focus is not designed to give you a huge boost of energy that has you bouncing off the walls like many traditional stimulants. Instead, Red Focus is designed to give you a calm, smooth and clear boost in focus when you sit down to begin work on a task or project.
It is more like a strong background effect instead of a rush or “high”. Red Focus will help you “get in the zone” with whatever you are doing and will help you ignore distractions and continue working for a long period of time without you noticing how long you are working for.
It is important to note that if you are a “stim-junkie”, someone who consumes a lot of stimulants on a regular basis, or otherwise have a high tolerance for stimulants, that can effect how much Red Focus affects you.
This is because many stimulants—such as caffeine—utilize the beta-2 receptors in your brain to work. A handful of the nootropics in Red Focus utilize those same receptors. If you aren’t really feeling the effects of Red Focus it can be because you have down-regulated (overused) the beta-2 receptors in your brain.
There is a simple fix for this! Just lay off of the stimulants for 1 – 2 weeks and your brain will naturally heal and regrow the beta-2 receptors in your brain, freeing you up to feel the full effects of Red Focus.
Can I use Red Focus indefinitely? Do I need to cycle it?
You can use Red Focus every single day if you choose to do so with no side effects. If you do this you may even notice an increase in potency as the nootropic compounds build up in your body.
If you choose to take Red Focus daily, we do recommend cycling off of it for 1 week after being on it for 2 weeks straight. This is to give the receptors in your brain a break for a little bit.
Is it safe to pull the capsules open and mix in a drink? I have trouble swallowing pills sometimes.
Yes, you can definitely pull the pills open and ingest the contents if you have issues swallowing pills.
It would make no difference on how the product works, it would simply get absorbed a bit faster as your body wouldn’t have to spend time breaking down the capsules via digestion.
