All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.
Once you submit payment, orders are typically packed and shipped within 24 hours. Our shipping team operates 5 days a week. (Monday – Friday)
After you submit successful payment, you will receive an email with your order details.
As soon as your order is packaged & shipping label is created you will receive another email with your updated order details & tracking number (delivery confirmation).
At that point, your order is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please note that tracking numbers sometimes take 24 hours to update in the USPS.com system and show tracking information.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day. Your order status can be monitored in your account area.
USA orders usually will arrive within 2 to 3 business days after payment. Delivery times can vary around holidays.
Transit time for international shipping times normally average 8-14 days. It is rare but in some instances it can take up to a month or more. We have no control over how long customs holds your package for.
There are some countries we do not ship to. This is either due to trade restrictions or because we have experienced repeated problems with the customs departments causing delays or seized/rejected shipments.

Afghanistan, Argentina, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Yemen
Customs operates differently from country to country. All items packaged are properly declared and if there are any additional customs charges they are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to relatively small size/weight and nondescript packaging there is usually not a problem. However, Red Supplements holds no responsibility for customs holding times or fees.
Please note we have no control over customs situations. If your package is being held by customs officials in your country then please reach out to us with what is going on and we will do our best to assist you.
All unopened products are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase.
For refunds on open products, we can grant partial refunds (at our discretion) if the vast majority of product is unused and returned to us.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days or on products that have been largely used.
When returning a product, please get and retain a tracking number (this is your proof that you returned the product).
