When you’re walking down the street and you see a gorgeous woman with a toned fantastic body do you look away because you aren’t interested?
Hell no, your eyes almost feel magnetically drawn to looking at her, because you WILL look at what you want to look at and find visually appealing.
The opposite applies for if you saw an out of shape, poorly dressed women who evidently doesn’t take care of herself.
After seeing her, you would look away and never again feel compelled to even look in her direction.
Why? Simply because subconsciously at a primal level we look at what we like to look at, and we don’t look at what we don’t want to look at.
This not only applies men > women and women > men, but men > men and women > women as well.
Great physiques are blatant examples of how healthy a person is.
It also shows how much commitment, hard work and drive that person has to look that damn amazing.
If you have ever heard the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words,” the same idea applies for those with amazing bodies.
Without even having to speak to that person you know they are….
they are probably work-horses
they probably fairly intelligent to know how to maintain such amazing shape and diet correctly
they are probably reliable as they can stick to a committed and rigorous schedule for months on end
they are physically attractive, etc.

Your Body Is Your Marketing
Being lean, muscular and attractive will bring you more positive attention.
Every one who sees you will subconsciously make a vast array of presumptions and preconceived notions about you as a person.
The more attractive and in shape you are, the more likely these presumptions will be in your favour.
It’s the harsh reality of the world, but it is far better to accept it and embrace it than to live your life in denial convincing yourself it’s “what’s on the inside that matters.”
Whether you got into physical fitness for a way to relieve stress, to compete in bodybuilding contests, to be brutally strong, to be more athletic, to be more attractive and get more women, etc.
It all culminates into one marketable package in general that is YOU as a person.
Marketing yourself is essentially entirely what success is derived from on this planet.
Branding yourself as an invaluable asset and someone others aspire to look like and be like is what will ultimately separate you from the hordes of lemmings that succumb to the norm (being average).
I saw an experiment conducted where two individuals with EXACTLY the same resumes and qualifications were thrown into the job market, each interviewing for the exact same job positions.
Each of their qualifications and attributes were completely identical except for one crucial and often unmentioned factor…
One guy was completely out of shape, and the other guy was muscular, lean and chiseled.
Without delving into too much detail, the guy with the spectacular physique beat out the other guy of equal qualifications in every single job.
He also garnered extremely positive reactions from those he met even before speaking.
The out of shape and less attractive guy who simply fell into the unmemorable blur of average applicants the job interviewers were bored out of their minds from seeing.
One thing you have to understand is that every one starts from somewhere, and nobody is born ripped to shreds and muscular.
It is achieved through blood, sweat and tears.
When you see someone walk by with a chiselled jawline, shredded abs, a barrel chest and a barn door back, he automatically commands the respect of those around him.
With his very presence, as he is the walking embodiment of hard fucking work.
Your physique and fitness level doesn’t just determine if you can run a mile or lift a hundred pound dumbbell, success in life will be largely influenced by your physical appearance.
When you interview for a job, go on a date, meet up with colleagues, or do anything for that matter, your physical appearance carries an immense influence on how you will ultimately be treated in this world, and whether you will be successful or not.
No excuses. If you “simply don’t have the time,” I call BS. I’ve heard it a million times. Make the time.
Sleep 1 hour less per day and get your ass in the gym 5x or more per week and do your cardio.
It is simply mind over matter, making smart food choices, and maintaining a small time commitment each week that should be incorporated into your lifestyle and cemented in it.
